Running allows the player fast movement with all the aiming and firing mechanics of walking, except it consumes stamina. When stamina runs out, you can no longer run (or roll).

### Rolling Rolling provides both strategic and critical functions. Roll to dodge throwables, evade nearby opponents, and take cover. **Rolling reduces damage** to the player (when hit mid roll). If you catch on fire, roll twice to put out the flames. You can roll from any position (standing, walking, running).
